From Events412’s published plan: you get multiple planning meetings (Bill starts the journey; your DJ/MC is hand-picked), premium line-array sound with wireless mics, dance floor lighting in every wedding package, live mixing with must-plays and do-not-plays, and online access from contract to final guides. Reception coverage is not hourly—it runs from cocktail through the end of the reception or midnight. Add ceremony coverage for prelude, officiant mic, and aisle sound.
